Philip, our principal builder, entered the construction industry at the age of 19. After gaining several years of experience, he developed a passion for working with Brisbane homeowners in their home renovations. In 1987, he established Carlton Projects, a renovation company that quickly became a trusted name in Brisbane’s renovation industry for over 25 years. Philip and his team’s reputation grew through quality workmanship and a strong attention to detail.

Today, Stark Builders has expanded under the leadership of Philip’s children, Fletcher, Sebastian, and Xanthe, as well as two nephews, Max and Lewis. With skilled management and a wealth of building experience, Stark Builders is now a thriving Brisbane builder and renovation company, continuously improving and growing to meet the needs of our clients.
