Balmoral Project

This Balmoral brick home was reimagined to improve space, light, and functionality for modern family living. The works included a rear extension and internal renovations, along with updates to the outdoor living areas.

The rear extension introduced a new kitchen and open-plan living and dining area, anchored by an oversized bay window that enhances natural light and connection to the outdoors. Internal renovations focused on the master suite, delivering an updated bedroom, walk-in robe, and ensuite designed for comfort and practicality.

Externally, the pool and patio were refreshed with new tiling, contemporary fencing, and timber kwila steps, creating a relaxed outdoor setting suited to everyday living and entertaining.

The result is a light-filled home with a cohesive layout and a calm, contemporary feel.
