Camp Hill Project

This newly completed home at Camp Hill showcases a bold transformation designed to enhance space for everyday modern living. The project involved a full excavation beneath the existing dwelling to form a brand-new lower-level, creating a generous new living space while maintaining the home’s original character above.

The silk coloured concrete lower level now accommodates the growing family. Features include a kitchen with butler’s pantry, sunken lounge, open-plan living area, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry.

To connect this existing area seamlessly to the reworked upper level is a central spine staircase, paired with curved metal balustrading and an overhead skylight. Finally, a rear extension incorporates a master bedroom with a curved doorway leading to a walk-in robe and ensuite. 

The result is a refined, contemporary home that honours the original dwelling whilst creating the bold change our clients envisioned.
