Holland Park Project

This Holland Park project was designed to improve space, functionality, and flow throughout the home. The existing dwelling was raised to create a brand-new lower level, allowing the home to evolve while retaining its original presence above.

The new lower level introduces three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master suite with ensuite and built-in wardrobe, with durable hybrid flooring throughout. Above, the upper level was reworked into an open-plan living and kitchen area, complemented by timber flooring and bifold doors opening to a balcony for seamless indoor–outdoor living.

The result is a contemporary family home that balances practicality with comfort, delivering a considered transformation tailored to the needs of the family.
