The Raise and Build Under project focused on converting the existing home into a functional investment property. The original structure was raised to allow for the construction of a new lower level designed to accommodate multiple tenants.
The newly built lower level includes four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, providing privacy and convenience within a shared living arrangement. An open-plan layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with black cabinetry adding a contemporary and understated finish.
The existing upper level was fully renovated and now features a new bathroom, incorporating a shower and bathtub combination. The completed works deliver a cohesive and practical dual-level home suited to long-term investment use.
