St Lucia Project

Our recent project in St Lucia involved the knockdown of a dated existing home and the delivery of two custom-designed residences, maximising the site’s location and lifestyle potential.

Each residence features engineered timber flooring, extensive custom joinery, and a clean, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic. Fixed windows and louvres throughout introduce abundant natural light and ventilation, creating bright, open living spaces. A warm timber staircase forms a central interior feature, visually connecting all three levels and enhanced by statement pendant lighting that adds warmth and character. 

The completed development showcases the full potential of the site, delivering two refined homes thoughtfully designed for modern living.
