Woolloongabba Project

This Woolloongabba home underwent an extensive renovation designed to maximise space and enhance modern family living, including the construction of a brand-new lower level and extensions to both the existing home and first-floor deck.

The newly built lower level features polished concrete floors and accommodates two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, and rumpus room, creating a flexible and functional living zone.

Upstairs, the home was extended and modernised with a reconfigured kitchen and bathroom, complemented by striking new cabinetry and two oversized skylights that flood the interiors with natural light. An all-weather deck was also introduced to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces.

Together, these upgrades have transformed the home into a versatile and welcoming space, with the deck extension offering a comfortable, year-round setting for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday family life.
