RECEIVE THE BUILDING DESIGN AND PLAN
Stark Builders utilises our in-house design team with the knowledge and skills to create a building design and plan that adheres to the Design Guidance for Flood Resilient Homes. Throughout the process, we work closely together with our clients to select and discuss the works needed based on their circumstances and interests.
COMMENCE THE RENOVATION WORK
If the client is approved for funding, they will enter into a funding agreement with the Queensland Government and a contract with Stark Builders to complete the works. Once the agreements have been finalised, our team is set to commence the renovation works!
