THE BRIEF, AND WHAT WE DID

/01

An Acacia Ridge investment property raised and built under to improve its appeal to tenants and its long-term value. The work created a fully self-contained lower level planned for several occupants.

The new downstairs has an open living, dining and kitchen with warm timber finishes and low-maintenance materials. Each bedroom has a private ensuite.

Upstairs, the existing level was kept and lightly refreshed as a separate living space. The result is a flexible two-level house with strong rental appeal.
