A raise and build under that converted an existing Salisbury house into a working investment property. The original house was raised and a new lower level built beneath it, planned for several tenants sharing.
The lower level holds four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, around an open living, dining and kitchen with black joinery.
The existing upper level was fully renovated, including a new bathroom with a shower and bath. The finished house is a practical two-level home built for long-term letting.
