St Lucia

In St Lucia we knocked down a dated house and built two custom-designed residences in its place, making the most of the site's location.

Each residence has engineered timber floors, extensive custom joinery and a clean, Scandinavian-influenced palette. Fixed windows and louvres throughout bring in light and breeze. A timber staircase runs through the centre of each house and connects all three levels, lit by statement pendants.

The finished pair shows what the block could carry: two refined houses planned for modern living.
